Caring Mental Health Support, Online and In-Person

Do you find yourself feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or constantly questioning whether you’re “good enough”?

If so, please know you don’t have to navigate this alone. I’m Miriam Robinson, a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, and I can help you make sense of what you are going through.

I’m passionate about supporting people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self‑esteem, and the pressure of trying to hold everything together. With over six years’ experience in mental healthcare and work as a university lecturer training future CBT therapists, I bring both clinical expertise and a grounded, compassionate approach to therapy.

You don’t have to take my word for this, please take a look at testimonials from clients I have worked with for more information.

I offer virtual appointments across the UK through Microsoft Teams. I also offer in‑person sessions in Basingstoke and in Newbury. I work with adults (16+) and have experience supporting people with:

  • Low Mood and Depression

  • Trauma and PTSD

  • OCD

  • Low Self‑Esteem and self‑criticism

  • Anxiety Disorders (such as Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder and Social Anxiety Disorder)

  • Long‑term health conditions

  • Neurodiversity (with or without a formal diagnosis)

If you’re unsure whether therapy is right for you or want to understand how Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) works, you’re welcome to book a free, no‑obligation consultation. I’m happy to answer any question, talk through what you’re experiencing, and help you decide what support might be most helpful.

Reaching out can feel daunting - especially when you’re already struggling. My aim is to offer a safe, calm, and non‑judgemental space where you can talk openly and begin to feel more in control of your life again.
